Hi:

I have an Excel workbook with several sheets. Sometimes I want to find some text that can be in any of those sheets.
Is there a way to find the text in one single operation?

Thank you,

Gustavo de Leon

Select all the sheets that you want to search by holding the CTRL key and left clicking on them. Then simply go to Edit/Find and type in what you are searching for.

Hope this helps.

Wray

By the way,

With Excel XP, you can search 'Workbook or Worksheet' under the 'Find and Replace' dialog box, and Options button.
