Hi!
How can list all files with a specific extensions only.

For Example:
List all files within the entire drive with an extension ".abc" (Quotes is for illustration purposes only)

When I attempt to do it it also includes the files which contains the string abc. Obviously this is not what I want.

Thanks! I should have been more specific when I asked for listing files with specific extension.

The above syntax does work but gives you absolute path listing of the file extension searched for.

I would like to see a listing similar to ls -l with all the proper attributes.

[tt]find /filesystem -name '*.abc' -ls[/tt]

Also [tt]man find[/tt].

Thanks! a bunch SamBones

Appreciate your help.
