Find files owned by a certain user

Hi guys

Is there a way to find/copy/delete all the files owned by a certain user ?
Tipical scenarios : user leaves the company , files need to be deleated.

There are some utilities such as diskuse that you can use to list out the files owned by a user. I believe it was in a resource kit.

DIR /Q shows the owner of each file. Pipe it into FIND and then write that output to a file.
