Hello,

I've set up a find duplicates using the wizard without any problems, however now I need to flag the duplicated records in the main table, I've tried a number of ways to do this but I can't seem to get any to work, I'm quite new to Access and was wondering if anyone could help me??

Cheers

Hi,

Yes I already read through that one, however theres a couple of problems, I'm building these queries for someone with a limited knowledge of Access who simply wants a number of queries to run to get the answers, I guess I could maybe run a macro to do this part??? The other problem is I can't see how to instead of delete the records to flag them up by placing a word in a seperate end column.

Cheers for having a go tho
