Find DND Users

Hi

I am new to the forum. We have been using the Avaya IP Office for around a year now.

We would like to easily identify who is on DND, possible connecting Excel by ODBC to bring back the a user list

Is this possible? or is there a better way then using the Manager software which can be slow.

Buy Onex-Portal, UC+ or similar, then you have in real time a overview who is on DND
 
System Status/ Extensions will show you if an extension is set to DND.
 
Then you need to look at each phone individual, with 100 users a monks task.
 
Use Manager.
User pane.
right-click on Name and choose custom columns
Add do not disturb
 
You need to set "view" then select -Group Pane "first
I amended this to say group Pane..
 
Soft Console shows real time DND users also forwarded and twinned.

Chris, any hint of the size of the system would help people gauge the work/benefit ratio of possible solutions.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
You can do a tftp request to the ipo like this:
tftp 192.168.1.61 GET "nasystem/user_list6" <path>filename.txt

Then a file will be written showing all users like this
Admin 332,332,Administratie 332,0,0,1,<email address>,0,0,0,1,2,332,0,3ADA7B80B6C311DE868400E0070E40AF

The 0 right after email address refelcts the DND status, 0=off 1=on

Use power shell to write a little app to visualize this.
