Find and Replace for files

Does anyone know of a way to do this efficiently? I have over 100 files, all named the exact same thing, but in differnet folders, that I need to replace with a differnet version.

Using Search it would be easy to delete all the files in one go.

Whether you could do the same and paste a new file into every folder would depend on if there was some searchable similarity in the folder names.

There is some software that might do it.
