I have a word document and parts of the document are Arial Font Size 12. I have tried using the Find & Replace option to change all Arial 12pt to Arial 11pt but it says that non exists in the document. I have also tried the Find option to highlight all occurrences of Arial 12pt so I can change them all to Arial 11pt but again it says there are no occurrences. There are definitely a number of occurrences which seem to be being ignored. Does anyone have any ideas, it is beginning to drive me insane now.

Thanks in advance

Word 2000 method:

1. Edit -> Replace.
2. Click the More button.
3. Click in Find what text box.
4. Format -> Font -> Arial 12pt -> OK.
5. Click in the Replace with text box.
6. Format -> Font -> Arial 11pt -> OK.
7. Click Replace All button.

It is Office XP.

Thanks jkoontz for the tip but I have already tried this and it doesn't work.

Any more offers would be gratefully accepted.
