Filtering spam where the sender address begins with a minus sign

We are receiving an increasing amount of Spam e-mail from senders whose reply address begins with a minus sign or hyphen. For example -abcde@abs.com or -dennis@bbi.com

All the e-mails come through as blank messages and the To address is always undisclosed recipients.

Our Anti-Spam Edge Server does not seem to filter these messages out. Is there a way in Exchange 2003 to drop all incoming messages whose reply address begins with a minus sign?

Any help would be great.
