Hi there,

I am new to database/access so please bare with me..!

I have created a simple database to log companie's computer systems. The database structure is as follows

customer (name, address, etc...)

I have added a number of control's (buttons) to that form to open filtered data for the following...
The following is filtered data for that customer

Servers (server details)
pc's (you guessed it pc details)
etc...

The customer table have a customer number field which is an autonumber, then each table follwoing that has a customer number field to, i have created a relationship between the customer form and all forms that link to it.

I have created a report for each of the above forms that includes the customer number field in it at the top.

What i would like to do is place a button at the bottom of each sub form (eg servers, computers, etc) to print a report of all computers, servers, etc for that customer.

I am sure it's easy to do but i am really stuck.

Any help would be great, i am trying to get it finished today.

Hope this makes sense....

Thanks in advance.

Kris

PS - i would also like the report to show the customer name at the top if possible
