Filter ? I hope

I think I'm having a filter issue. I want to be able to dial a five digit number which starts with 7, so 7xxxx. From my phone it works fine but all other phones get denied in admin. So I think it is restriction issue, right? Try and go into restrictions and filters and see what is going on. When I follow the steps below I run into a problem.

1. At “Terminals & Sets”, press SHOW.
2. The display reads “Show set: ___”. Type in the extension you wish to restrict. Then press SHOW.
3. The display reads, “Line access”. Press NEXT until the display reads “Restrictions”.

First issue here. Never dipslays "Line Access" first display is "Capabilities". but I go on until it reads "Restrictions". Next.

4. Press SHOW. The display reads “Restriction filters”. (NOTE: If you have already built a restriction filter and simply need to assign the filter to an extension, skip to step #10.)

Press show get "Set restrns" not filters.
If I press show I get "Set lock:None" or
If I press next I get "--End of list--"

Were are the filters?
Am I on the right track, or are the restrictions not what I need to fix?

Any help would be greatly helpfull.

first issue: Try using 266344 as your password instead of 23646.

what type of number is this 7xxxx? DueE

The 266344 password does not work.

the 7xxxx number is a Voip number.

What kind of set are YOU dialing from.
You are on the right track. BUT you need to use the SYSCORD+ password. so dial
F ** 266344 then 727587

I almost got it figured out.
