files skipped in ArcServe 6.0 backup

I set up the job to backup all files on a certin drive but some of the files are missing on the tape when I check it the next day. like it will get the file before and after a file but skip the one in between.

I am on ver 6.0 build 516 are there SP's I need to load?
Any thoughts?

Are there any errors in your Arcserve log? What operating system are you running Arcserve on (including SPs)? -----------------------------------------------------

I found the problem with this skipped files thing. It seems that Arcserve lists files a little out of order. the files we had, had some upercase and lowercase letters in them and Arcserve listed the files A-Z first then at the bottom a-z anyway I found the files I was looking for at the bottom of the list.

Who would have thought?
