Hi cwalshe,
If you mean "can I find out the paths of all files which somesome else has open" then the answer is yes.
You can use the FSO (FileSystemObject) to navigate thru all the drives, directories and files and, for each file, if you attempt to open it for write access, you will get a trappable error if some other user on the system is reading/writing to it.
