Filename contains $ - will not check in

Hi there,

I have got a coupe of Java class files that contain the $ sign in the filename. When I try to check the files into VSS it says there is a syntax error. On version 6.0a it seems to work ok but after 'upgrading' to 6.0d it now fails. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow these $ signs?
