Okay, here's the problem:
I'm running a small site on my machine at home (Win2k Server + IIS5) and all of a sudden, the image files are being served corrupted. The images are showing up in the browser with random artifacts and I have no idea why. (To see what I'm talking about, please point a browser at If you don't see anything odd, do a hard refresh [CTRL+F5] a few times and you'll see what I mean).
I have determined that the problem isn't with IIS, as I installed Apache and the same problem occurred.
Additionally, when I download large files (anthing over 5 megs) the transer sometimes just hangs.
I did notice that the problem occured shortly after I installed Kazaa, which also listens on Port 80 by default. However, I have since completely removed the program and reinstalled all the base files for Win2k Server and re-applied SP3. The only thing I haven't done is uninstall and reinstall the NIC card drivers.
I'm about to lose my mind trying to resolve this most annoying issue. I would appreciate any input.
