file size with hyperlinks

Is this normal ???

I just added hyperlinks to a CS 2 file and the file size doubled.

any ideas ???

What is doubling?

Is the file jumping from 20KB to 40KB or are you looking at something much more obscene?

from 14 mb to 42 mb

I got sent the file to clean up , not as a preflight so I'm thinking the images are embedded.

all I did is clean it up and add some links

What global display settings are you using? Try exporting a INX file and then reopening and saving again as INDD (while using optimized screen display).
