File sharing

Looking for a program to have password protected file sharing over my LAN.
Anybody have any suggestions.

Works great, also allows for encrypted files sent through email. Don't know if this is what you are looking for, try the free one and list the drive as a shared folder to see if it is accessed across the network.

It seems that cypherix is for encrypting files. What I want to do is make shares on my LAN but I want to be able to have access restrictions via password or even IP address.
