file rocovery after virus infection HELP ME PLEASE

my computer whas infected by Outlookrem.exe is a worm W32.Nopir.C . it removes several files including .MP3, .AVI, .MPG, .MPEG and .RAR files.
i can recover those files but cannot open for example an avi file the size en filename match the orginal name etc.those seen to be corrupt.
ontrack tells me that those files haven been cross linked.
even rar archives look corrupt
someone help me please.

I suggest you use data recovery software such as EASEUS DataRecoveryWizard to recover files.
