Hello everyone,

I have a label report which prints out file labels. Sometimes I print only say 10 labels on a sheet of 30. Is there a way to choose which label I begin printing on the next time around so that I don't waste half a page of labels? As it is now, the label report always starts at the top of the sheet in the first label space available.

Thanks so much for any help!
Sherry

Sherry:

I think I have what you are looking for. I got it from the MS Knowledgebase site. It allows for printing multiples of a single label and allows for skipping X number of blanks.

I don't remember the number of the article...

You could try the MS KB site with a search for labels.

Thank you both. I went to the thread you suggested and it worked like a charm!

Thanks again,

Hello,

Ok, I am "fine tuning" this a little. Is there a way to change the size of the message box that comes up asking how many copies I want, etc?

Thanks,
Sherry

Sherry:

Don't think so.

That's a system generated input form. You can set where it displays with the XPos and YPos but the size is what it is.
