Do a Merge ( quick Start >> utlities >> merge ) ...that will fix the case , If not try the following
go to registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ ComputerAssociates \ BrightStor ARCserve Backup \ Base \ Task \ Merge
Key Name: DonotUseCatalogMerge
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data: 1
Do the merge and then restore
