I have an access mdb that will be installed on multiple pc's with runtime (each standing alone.) Part of the process is to import a text file that the individual receives via e-mail. Prior to XP they would drag the file to the desktop and then click a button that ran a macro to import. With XP the path to the desktop changes with each login so each itteration of the macro must be edited and only one login will work. Is there a way to get to the active desktop or a way to read the path to the file?

Ok... so I've got to pay closer attention. The path is
"C:\Documents and Settings\ALL USERS\Desktop"
