I'd like to know if is possible to monitor file system changes with HP-UX 11.11. Is there things like fam or dnotify?

thanks for the answer.
But actually, I'm looking for something that I can integrate in my code.
I'm currently writing a Java application which monitors log files in an HP-UX server and I just need a mechanism to be alerted when files change, but without having to regularly poll them.
This is the reason why I'm looking for stuff like Fam or dnotify.
