File and Settings Transfer Wizards??? HELP!!

So I've used this tool many times to save peoples files and settings to our network then reload their laptops and then bring the files and settings back on to the fresh copy of XP, however its not working today.

I can see the image files in the folder the wizard creates, however when I use the tool to reload the files back onto the new load of XP it tells me there are no files in the directory for it to run.

Can someone please tell me how to correct this???

I can't seem to put my hands on the MSKB article at the moment, but I believe you have a version related problem. Something like this happens when the 2 machines are running different versions of the FAST Wizard.

Use the CD version on both machines or the updated, installed version on both. I suspect that you're using the CD version on one and the installed/updated version on the other, right? Here's one reference:
