FILE AGE / FILTER on age off days or weeks !!!

I want to set a filter on a folder within arcserve 2000
I can set the options on how old the files must so that everything older then a week isn't in the backup.

Still it keeps on backuping the whole folder.
Does anyone have a clue

Do you use the filter locally, or on a remote machine ??
Were do you setup the filter options ??

I use the filter Remote machine! and set the options in the backup job properties and after that i reschedule and resubmit.

Server <--> remote server
file&print other files

Right click on the remote machine ( through client agent or through network shares - depending on whether you use a client agent or not ) and setup the filter there, not through the job options. This should work.
