File Access Rights

Yes...i know its stupid, but ive deleted a primary key from one table, without realising that this primary key was being used in another (hidden) table. Ive replaced the primary key and redefined the relationships.......any data that was lost can be restored from a backup...

However, when I came into work this morning we could only access the database as read-only... could altering a few relationships affect the file access rights?
