I use a small and very good VFP app called VFPVIEW.EXE to drag and drop to view .dbf's on my Win98se desktop.
All in all a v/good program.
I've noticed that if I don't close this program with it's asigned "F10 to close" buton but just close its window, the file I was viewing can no longer be loaded into FPD.
I get a "File Access Denied".
The attrib bits are not set to read only.
I have to reboot and then all is OK.
Obviously VFPVIEW.EXE is marking the file as a no go.
My question is, how? And how can I check and remove lock?
Thanks in advance
