FIJI010 Error

I'm working with a CS1K Rls. 4.5 with only ring 0 up. If I try to bring ring 1 up it start to have FIJI010 X X ... errors. I've tried changing the FIJI cards an all the optics with no positive results. Any suggestions?

What are the responces you get to "STAT RING 1" or "STAT FIJI x y FULL".?
