FIFCP Command Busy

Hi

This command is being used to download the traffic recording data into performance manager. The full command being used is:

FIFCPATH=/SYSN/USR1/ACS/TM/D03220/,FORMAT=HEX;

However when PDM trys to send this command the MD110 returns with 'command busy'

Having checked all the other machines that run PDM including the DNA server, none of the are currently downloading the data.

Does anyone know what program unit(s) can be restarted to release the command or could it be a more serious problem. Restarting the whole system is unacceptable as there is 18 lims and over 2000 users connected

Try restarting FIH which is the command handling program for FI

Tried restarting FIP in lim 1, no luck, restarted all of the FIP PU's (all 18 of them) no luck. any other ideas would be welcome

Try resetting your niu with RFBOI:BPOS=

Sorry that was just a type with me (happens a lot LOL)

Unfortunatly restarting the board didnt help, i think there may be some corruption somewhere which has locked the command out. Have got an engineer coming in today. Many thanks for all your help
