I have a table that I use to populate my report that works just fine, but when I try to reference a field that I don't print, I'm not able to it in 2000. For instance; the field is a logical field and it will tell me whether to Enable or DISABLE the another field on the report. Again, the logical field is not printed. What would be the correct syntax to use if I want to reference the RecordSource of the report to checkout the value of the logical field.

A simple way to solve this problem is to iclude this field on the report, and set its visible property to No. Then you will be able to reference it. Cheers,

You also must have this field as part of the query behine the report. If its not selected it doesn't exist in the returned recordset.
