I have made a SQL INTO - Query to create a table.
There is a Yes/No value into the table.
But when i create the new table i become as a value -1 or 0.
How can i change the type of the field .(True/False or checkbox).

I think it's a simple question but i can't find the answer in the Microsoft Help.

Yes , OK.
But i want to show the value on the table as true/false and not as 0/-1.
I think that's batter for the user.

I have made a form where the user can select some columns.
Then he becomes the selected columns into a table.
I have write some VBA code with SQL Query.
When the new table becomes opened there are two columns with Yes/No value.But they both are shown as -1 or 0.
Then meens that i have to tell each user what -1 and 0 mean.
I just want to change the format of the fiels to Yes/No.
It looks better and user can understand the value of the field.

I have already tried with .CreateProperty but it doesn't worked.Maybe there is a simple way to change the format with VBA.

If you're already using VBA then maybe you could create the table manually rather than using "SELECT .... INTO". I'm sorry that I haven't been any more help. Get the Best Answers! faq333-2924
