Field password on forms

Any ideas on how to limit access to an approval field on a form to only authorized approvers?

Perhaps you could put an event procedure on the forms OnOpen property that would set the approval field's locked property to yes if user &lt;&gt; xx,yy,zz. I'm not sure how many approvers you are talking about, or how you are tracking them.
