Field Descriptions

Is there a way to set up the field labels such that moving the mouse over them brings up a dialog box with a description of what kind of data to enter in the field? The closest thing I can come up with is a "What's This?" kind of thing.

If you enter details in the Description field of the table in design view, it will be displayed in the status line at the bottom of the screen in table and form view.
If you want a yellow tooltip sort of thing, just put the relevant information in the ControlTip Text property of the relevant control.
