We are using Crystal Reports 8 with a report published on our intranet (using WCS). The first column on one report occasionally loses the first character into the margin when printing on one particular printer. I did redo the fields and 'pushed' them closer into the middle of the report. I have also both replaced the printer driver and pulled a copy of the report from an old backup tape when it used to work. So far no luck.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

How about enlarging the field in question. I too have seen this happen if some letters or numbers in the field are larger than others. For example..an "I" takes up less space than a "W" or the number "1" takes up less than "0".

Hope this helps,
Jamie Wilson
