Hi,

I have a lot of questions today. Hope no body minds [bigcheeks]

In regards to this one:
I need to make a report with few counts. The counts should be done by parameters. How can I set a different count parameter for each count? The parameters should be done wit the select expert.
Example:
I need to count the number of customers that don't have phone number field filled in
And I need to count the number of customers that don't have Address field filled in.

Hi

What you could try is createng two formulas based on the phone and address fields. eg:

If ISNULL(<Phone>) Then
0
else
1

Then you can perform a sum on each of these fields to get the totals

Davenz - If you are joining tables, how do you insure that you do not lose these records in the Select? Use a LOJ?
MASTER CHILD
acct1 addr1
acct2 addr2
acct3 <no addr3>
acct4 addr4
etc.

So that Acct3 is included and the formula recognizes Acct3 with it's missing Child record, would LOJ solve this?

Thanks
