FEPS not registering with GK

I have a customer that is using CS1000 on one end and SRG 50 on the other. At the SRG side, the have 3 CO trunks that are connected to the system and are routed to the CS1000 that the phones are registered to using H323 trunking. I have been getting complaints that when a caller dials in that they get a fast busy or busy and if they try back, they will get through. Every once in awhile the calls will not go through and that is when I find that the SRG is not registered with the GK. All I have to do is restart FEPS and that clears the problem. I have add all the patches that are available on Nortel's Website and the problem just happened again. Has anyone experienced this problem and knows the repair or any suggestions?

I have this same problem at an SRG50 site.
Very intermittent.
However, the customer is very uncooperative when it comes to applying patches.
The SRG is a 2.0.
Once we get it patched and capture it in the logs, I'll be opening a Nortel case.
