I have a Bogen paging system hanging off port 1 of a CO Trunk card in a prologics. I have some analog sets in a warehouse that cause unbareable feedback over the paging system if you page from them. I cant move the analog phones any futher from the horns than they already are and I dont want to have to get a digital playback recorder so my question is if I replace the analog sets with digital sets will I still have the same feedback?

I'd say probably the same thing would happen.

How about designating a paging phone and disconnect the handset speaker and just leave the mic.

Thanks,

Thats probably the route I will take by designating a page phone. Is it the phones speaker that causes the feedback? I thought it came from the mic.

Can you turn down the output volume on the speakers close to the telephones? My speakers have a volume control for each speaker. This might help when the telephones are used under the speaker. Another science project is a make/break switch to disable the speaker prior to making an announcement.

Just a thought
