features of an 1140e VoIP phone

What are the advatages of having an 1140e VoIP phone over a 3900 series digital phone? Also, what features are unique compared to a 3900 series phone?

If you are looking for the business benefits to switch to IP from digital phones. You should avoid looking at the features of the phone set. The phone features remain the same. You would gain a better implementation of some features (i.e. Virtual office), however outside of that there are no real difference.
