Our Ericsson provider said there will be BC12 SP8 soon and that it requires a rebuild of the system on a simulator. We are just about to upgrade from BC11 SP14 to BC12 SP? and are unsure whether we should wait for 8 or just go to 7.
SP8 has some long awaited digital-style monitoring features for IP phones, I'm told.

My understanding is that BC13 will be released, BUT it is for very specific applications.. something along the lines of interoperation between differing systems or IP solutions?.. Sound vague enough?... From Ericsson last year, it won't be sold to te standard user.
