Feature to tell when someone is on their phone by calling it

What is the feature where if I call a user, it will tell me they are on the phone?

I am trying to setup something similar on a different system.

That is not a feature so to speak, its automatically displayed when you call somebody and displays as "ON ANOTHER CALL".

If you program a internal auto dial it shows when the user is on the phone. You need to program with Feature *2 then press button and enter the IC number but put it where the display, arrows are.
