What is the feature to select a specific line on the BCM 400.

We just our T1 repaire and i only see a few lines in the BCM monitor. They are prop not showing up b/c they have not been used yet but i would like to test them to make sure they are working.

Thanks

There's no feature code to access a specific channel on a PRI but if you want to test each channel go under -configuration-resources-telephony resources-PRI-then under the tab "provision lines" deprovision all the lines and provision them back one at a time starting with the first one(channel 1),that way you'll be able to test all channels.

As elementary as this might sound, this will allow you to see all of them.

Start dialing your own numbers, using (9+#), and place them on hold, answer them, and place them on hold again - using as many phones as necessary until you achieve a busy signal trying to get an outside line. Look at BCM monitor, and you can see and count them.

I was able to solve my own problem. I just added the lines one by one on my phone and pressed the button associated with that line. When pressed i would be able to access that line and it will now appear in the BCM Monitor.

Thanks for all your replies.
