Hi all,
I have a client who has an old IP406 on v3.2, and I am quoting them to upgrade the lot.

I am trying to get hold of the Dongle Serial number without going to site myself. So far client cannot find the red or silver dongle on back of IPO or VMP server.

I have asked client to look for the 'Key Server' service (which shows up as a red icon in system tray)

Here is my question:
I seem to recall that if they double click this red icon a screen pops up showing on screen the serial number of the dongle, is that right ?

Right click on the red icon and select info, it will popup a window with the serial number.
