Feature Key Server and VM Pro server

Hi,
I have a customer with an IPO 406 RLS 5.0.26 and VM Pro 5.0.30 and they want install in different machines (PCs/servers) the feature key server and VM Pro applications.

Can I install these two applications in different machines?

These are two completely different pieces of software and each one can be installed on any PC anywere as long as you can make a IP connection and the connection is not to slow.

Because the customer want replace this machine (Feature Key and VM Pro server) by a virtual server and the virtual server doesn´t support an USB port.
