Feature 960 Problesm with T7316E's

Has anyone heard of problems with the "Dial By Name" feature 960 and T7316e's? Apperantly this feature is only availabe on the NAM and is or was made by Cintech.
I have a customer that just moved over from M-series phones and they have reported that the T-sets do not allow them to use this feature. After inputing the feature code and the dialing string the phone does nothing. When we put the M-series back in place the feature works fine.

Any ideas are welcome!

What version Norstar & version NAM are you using?

The MICS is 6.1 and the NAM is 4.1
