Feature 915 not working on NAM 1

When I do a feature 915 it says its an inactive feature. It is a nam with ver 2.20 software. I am trying to do a gracefull shutdown.

It may not be a F915. Try a few up from that and see what you get. Just 5 or so. F916, F917, F918, F919. If none of those come back good we'll walk you through the Feature ** XFTEST to find what your code is. MRoberts

It sounds like F915 got changed.
Try a F903 first. It should tell you your feature code range. Just say okay to it.

Do as MRoberts suggested, that proccess of elimination will get you the correct code.

there is also an easy way of resetting F915 to be F915 again. just slip into folder \tool on the NAM and use namtool.exe
