Feature 915 not accepting ACCESS2 1

[Refurb]

I just brought in a fiber NAM 4.0.04A

Feature 915 is coming up, but will not accept the default "ACCESS2" password.

Anyone knoe how to resets the 915 password? I cannot find it in any of my manuals, and my techs are stumped.

Do you get inactive feature or invalid password?

I would do Feature xftest, remove all feature codes from the KSU and reboot the NAM

I would continue on up the list, 916, 917, 918, I have found it as high as 923.

You did say F915 was "coming up".. Does that mean with a request for password?

I'M NOT SURE, BUT I BELIEVE THIS WILL ONLY FIX THE PASSWORD AND SHOULDN'T AFFECT ANY OTHER PART OF THE NAM.FEATURE 985, PRESS 9, TYPE RESETSMPSWD.

That apples to another password, not this one. I didn't know the ACCESS2 pasword could be changed.

SORRY ROLDAN YOUR ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. I GUESS THAT IS TO RESET
THE LOG IF IT'S BEEN CHANGED FROM 1020000(120000, 10020000) ETC. IS THIS CORRECT.

You can't change that. It's the Feature code that will change, not the password.

I believe that the 915 password CAN be changed.....In all the manuals, it specifies that ACCESS2 is the 'default' password, leading me to believe that it can be changed.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
