FDN ?

The problem is that her phone rings approx. 5 times then goes to 6223
why is this happening? Is it a cls issue?

what is the problem she's having? this phone is programmed to forward no answer (fdn) to 6223.

If you want voicemail to pick up, you need to change your FDN to 4444 (It appears that is your voicemail DN).

and your hunt should also be changed to 4444 if you want this phone to go to voicemail (4444) when both keys are busy.

it is setup to go to 6233 on 3 rings not 5 . Why is it ringing 5 times?

Check your RDR data in your CDB. your Ringing Cycle Options (RCO) will correspond with those settings.

by the way those settings are system wide for your customer, use caution changing anything in your CDB.

in this one rco 0goes away after 3 ring rco 2 is set to 6.doctor calls in and says he wants 5 or 7, it will not happen. if i change one of these to 10, hundreds of users change at the same time.

JohnPoole, do you happen to know of any way to print which sets have which RCO? I've tried a few things but no luck. I have about 500 users and I'd like to change one of my CFNs but want to first see if anyone is set to the corresponding RCO without having to print out 500 sets and check each one individually. thank you.

tried a load 81 lst, but not on rco, i use a macro en excel that sorts sets into columns, capture a tnd and pull it up in excel as a delimited text and play around with sort commands. or build a macro that finds tnb moves it to page two then finds rco and moves it to the next col. for just a count use a doc file, do a search and replace for rco 1 etc, the pop up tells you haw many it replaced, you can also replace rco 2 with a line of text 50 char. long and make them stand out for a fast page by page scan
