MARY R says : We recently have experienced User A phone ringing and ringing and ringing even after it had bounced to me. The scenario was...his phone rang and after three rings bounced to me. I was not at my desk and Bob X was not able to pick up the call, however, I thought that after three rings at my phone and a call not being answered, it would then go to the correct individuals voicemail, in this case, User A.

Where does the problem lie here?

FDn is set to MARY R extension and HUNT 000

Is hunt suppose to be at 000 in order for this to work?

make your phone SFA (second level forwarding allowed). Calls to set A will go to you on a no answer. provided your phone goes to voicemail on a no answer, if you also don't answer, your SFA will send the call back to set A's voice mail. 000 in the hunt means the phone will only hunt up to the last hunt key (LHK) you probably don't want this. If this phone is supposed to also go to you on a BUSY (as well as no answer) make the HUNT your ext.
