FDN on 500 set not working

Good folks,

I have 3 M2616’s with ext. 1234 on key 8 of each phone. In order to have the phone number independently forward and hunt differently than the 2616’s, I had to build a 500 set and set hunt and FDN to go to different ext’s. Unfortunately, the FDN on the 500 set is not working. I call the set and it rings 4 times, and then forwards somewhere, but not to what is designated in the FDN. CLS has FNA and HTA (XRA XFA)…any suggestions?

Can you print the TNB and post it here?

Maybe FTR FDN is missing or CLS FNA.

The set you have it FDN to is not forwarded is it?

FTR FDN is there....Set is not forwarded. One question though. Do I need to actually put a physical set or is software sufficient?

you shouldn't need a physical phone. If you are not using a physical phone, why not use a phantom TN?

Make sure that the dn is marped to the 500 set

Do a stare and compare to a 500 set that has a working FDN and see that you didn't skip something in CLS.

We don't ask fot the TNB just for fun, People tell us stuff all the time and when they finally get around to posting the TNB, we see the problem right away.

Also you could do a trac in LD 80 on the phone your calling from and then call that 500 set Extn.
