FDN on 3903 / 500

I have a 3903 programmed with a 500 that has the same extension but rings an extenal bell. The extension has vmail setup but it never rings to it. I've tried every option and combination of parameters on both sets but it never rolls to vmail???

Which phone is marped? And what does the extension do instead of going to VM? Does it keep on ringing, or does it float to key 1 on the 3903?

add sfa to class if that don;t do it, then check to see if marp is turned on..

It's always the simple things - it was FNA, I looked right through it looking for something more complex!
