I am new to the 11c and understand that FDN will send a call to an identified DN when teh phone is busy or not answered. If all lines are busy, will Hunt then send a call to another DN specified?

FDN IS THE FORWARDING TARGET THAT THE CALL GOES TO AFTER THE RING NO ANSWER THRESHOLD HAS BEEN MEET. THE HUNT IS TARGET THAT THE CALL GOES TO IF ALL THE HUNT KEYS ARE BUSY. YOU CAN HAVE A DIFFERENT TARGET FOR EACH OR THE SAME

hunt is against key 0 unless lhk is set to a value larger then 0. if lhk=1 then when i am on key 0 line 1 rings. after a preset value (3 default) the call thens becomes unanswered and follows the fdn. fdn is limited to three hops hunt is limited to 31 hops

fna is against all numbers marp'ed on the station is marp is on. if marp is not on then i the phone with the lowest tn controls fdn target. i never leave marp off. this may be a little complex but feel free to ask for better details is i missed a point. Not an instructor by trade.
