Fbism.exe??

okay i have this thing call Fbism.exe and when i reboot my comp, it wont let me finish the process. to therefore i have to get to the windows task and end Fbism every time i turn on my comp. also it turn my hardrive to lower memory. i use to have 60 gb on my HD. now it only 15. can anyone tell me how to remove this if so tell me what prgram, how to use it. thx
